Courthouse Knutsford Wedding Photography

This was my first time being a Courthouse wedding photographer in Knutsford and I am delighted to share this sneak peek with you. Located in South Cheshire, this iconic building is situated in the centre of Knutsford and is steeped in history. Home to Barristers Restaurant & The Court Room – which is the perfect space for a wedding. As of July 2018, 10 luxury bedrooms were opened, each room individually styled.

The Courthouse is recognised as one of Cheshire’s most prestigious venues for weddings and I am delighted to have been Allison and Marc’s wedding photographer.

Allison & Marc’s wedding at The Courthouse

After arriving at The Courthouse in Knutsford I met up with Allison and her bridesmaids who were getting ready in one of the beautiful rooms. Sarah Meredith Hair & Make up was getting all of the girls ready for the day ahead. Sarah is one of the best in the business and I always like working alongside her! The lovely bride and groom tied the knot at 2pm in the Moneypenny Suite, it was the perfect ceremony, as always with Your Ceremony from the Cheshire East registration service. Once the service was over we headed outside for confetti, group photos and couples portraits before returning inside for the drinks reception. Everyone was having a great day and I was really looking forward to the night party!

Couples portraits In Knutsford

The Courthouse in Knutsford has some grounds outside which is the perfect space for couples portraits including greenery, cobbled stones and impressive steps. The newly weds spent 10 minutes outside just after group photos so that once it was done – it was time to party and nothing else was needed for the rest of the day.

Joint film & photography package

Allison & Marc booked my joint video & photography package with James Tracey Wedding Films. When booking your wedding photographer and if you are looking for videographer then it is really important to ensure you pick wedding suppliers who work in a similar way. I work in way that is really unobtrusive and natural, so If you were to pick someone that poses everything it will impact on the photos – which is something you don’t want. Brilliant party at the Courthouse

The Courthouse is a great space for a wedding and photographing at this incredible venue was a pleasure. Jonny Ross Music was entertaining the guests and really didn’t disappoint. After cake cut and first dance it was time to party and I reckon there may be some headaches in the morning. A fantastic wedding to be a part of, thank you so much to the lovely bride and groom for having me along.
